I have been married to Paul Borden for 40 years. We
have four children. Twin daughters, another daughter
and a son. We have been blessed with three sons-in-law,
and fourteen grandchildren(2 by marriage to grandchildren),
and one great grandson, thus far.

I was saved at the age of thirteen years. I loved the Lord
with all my heart, but was very ignorant. Had to do a lot
of praying and reading the Bible to know how to live for
Him. (My parents never went to church up until that time)
But, you know, I found that even a young, ignorant girl
like myself could be led by the Lord. Anyone can, if they
Will just listen .Later my parents and sister was saved and
we were all in church. That's where I met my husband. I
always worked in public jobs, until a car accident left me
disabled to work. Not thinking I was able to do anything
else, I went into my own little world. One day, I decided
(or the Lord finally got me to hear Him) there was some-
thing for everyone to do. I started going to nursing homes
to sing, hospice patients homes to read or sing, and did
volunteer work at a christian TV station, then at a chris-
tian book store, where I was able to meet people each day,
talk about the Lord, or pray with them. Also, enjoying the
company of the beautiful christian couple who owned the
store. My world just opened up. I didn't know what kind
of blessings the Lord had in store for me! No,I'm not a
great singer, and I sure can't speak well in front of others
But, you know what, He didn't ask me to, Hejust ask me to
do my best. That's what I do, and it not only helps others,
but I get a lot of benefit out of it. You know, I thought
I had nothing to give to people, but now I realize there
is a work for all to do. Sometimes all we are able to do is
listen, and pray . That is a great work to do. There have
been a lot of times when I wished someone was there just
to listen to me and be a friend. You see, the more I do This
For others, the more I am blessed.

Someday, I expect to be included in that vision of heaven
with all the friends I have made in this ministry. Don't
Think you can't do anything. If you have a voice to speak,
a pencil and paper to write, time to visit, etc., there is
Something you can do. When He calls you...He qualifies
